Gina G was attracted to pop/dance music from a very young age and was desperate to get into the industry. She started as a DJ at some of the hottest clubs in Queensland writing her own material, but Gina always wanted more.
She relocated to the United Kingdom where her song Just a Little Bit was discovered and not long after was entered into the Eurovision in May 1996 and came 7th. The track was then released in the UK later that year and rocketed to number 1 and remained in the Top 5 for nearly 3 months selling over a million copies in the UK.
