Kim graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University with a 2:1 in Film, Radio and TV in 2005. She was awarded a highly coveted scholarship from Sky Television which led to a job at a leading TV production company.
Kim was quickly promoted from Production Assistant to Producer and then Technical Director of a live digital TV show.
Kim joined Action Talent in May 2007 bringing a wealth of media knowledge to the team. She is quickly building a roster of well known media talent including Danielle Lloyd and Ralf Little.
