Becky finished her A levels and decided to take a gap year before going to University, traveling to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Kenya. After her trip Becky decided she wanted to gain professional experience and a working knowledge of the entertainment industry rather than a University qualification.
She was soon offered a position at corporate entertainment booking agency Eminence Leisure. She started as a bookers assistant and within 3 years was working as an agent herself.
Becky joined Action talent when it was launched in April 2007.
