Starting out as a member of the entertainments crew at Demontfort University, Adam won a Gold award at the Radio 1 Student Radio Awards 2003 for his show on university station 'Demon FM'. After graduating with a BA Hons in Media and Music Technology in 2004 he was snapped up by Hyper Agency as a DJ and agent where he learnt the ropes of the industry whilst continuing to DJ across the country.
After three valuable years at Hyper it was time for a change and after a summer of working on the road as a Tour Manager around the UK, he joined Action Talent International.
